Wowild
‘Wowlid’ is a Costa Rican ecotourism service design project that guides family travellers to practice eco-friendly travel through interactive games. Working with government and tourism agencies to promote sustainable models, it achieves a 75 per cent rate of reflection on family behaviour, reduces wildlife disturbance and promotes ecological and cultural conservation.
Enroute&Greens
Enroute&Greens is a service design project for London Heathrow Airport, optimising the passenger experience, reducing anxiety and the risk of missed flights through a multi-sensory navigation system and lightweight App Clip tool, while integrating brand sponsorships and artful spatial design to increase airport efficiency and business value.
Phytotherapy
‘Phytotherapy’ is a non-pharmacological stress reduction programme for high-stress individuals through the design of dynamic five-sensory botanical installations in office and public spaces; based on global clinical cases (e.g. US Veteran's Rehabilitation) and botanical sensory sciences, the programme validates the effectiveness of sensory interactions on physical and mental health.
Cloud eyes
The ‘Cloud Eyes’ reading service design project for the blind solves the three major pain points of traditional Braille books, namely long production cycle, scarcity of collections and poor portability, through cloud-based AI translation and distributed volunteer proofreading system; shorten the cycle of acquiring books to 1/5, and build a closed loop of accessible reading in home and library settings.
